Dear Sprouts,

Our Society has grown tremendously over the past 4 years and this is largely due to everyones' effort.

This year, we just passed successfully our first real test; despite all the events that are affecting the entire Middle East region, we were able to attract almost 400 doctors from more than 40 countries. So, you should all be proud of yourselves.

Despite the fact that I was not able to be present physically, I was following the meeting events hour by hour. I was attending one month of summer school at the Phillips Academy for high school. It was truly a fulfilling experience. I want to thank all of you who helped to make the 4th annual S.P.I.N.E meeting a great success!

I would like to take this opportunity to remind each one of you to encourage your colleagues, friends or relatives who are able to join our initiative in whatever capacity they can.

We're looking for talented sprouts in the following areas:

• E-mail communications
• Contacting by phone the SPINE doctors for updates about the future meeting preparations
• Setting up a blog site for the Sprouts
• Website designs & development
• Updating contacts' data
• Promoting the youth program
• Preparing for the 2012 promotions
• Keeping in touch with our S.P.I.N.E members' kids. Many of our S.P.I.N.E doctors have children that are our age and it would be great re-union every year during the annual meeting.

Our next initiative is to develop a facebook and tweeter page for the sprouts and all the S.P.I.N.E family. so stay tuned
